Courgettes Chermoula – Beef Tajine with caramelised tomatoes and carrots
Tchakchouka – Chicken Pastilla
Zaalouk – Lamb tajine with almonds and dates
Harira- Sea bass tajine with vegetables
Seven vegetable cous cous with meat – Strawberry or peach salad with spices
Briouates – Chicken tajine with raisins and caramelised onions
