Workshop Essaouira

Monday to Saturday from 10.30 to 14.30

Learn how to prepare a traditional Moroccan meal and then sit back and enjoy it in the Oriental lounge.

A different menu everyday, according to the availability of seasonal produce.

 

Sample menus include

Courgettes Chermoula – Beef Tajine with caramelised tomatoes and carrots

Tchakchouka – Chicken Pastilla

Zaalouk – Lamb tajine with almonds and dates

Harira- Sea bass tajine with vegetables

Seven vegetable cous cous with meat – Strawberry or peach salad with spices

Briouates – Chicken tajine with raisins and caramelised onions

Lemon chicken tagine

Grhiba dessert (Moroccan patisseries)

Demonstration of mint tea

 

Extras ½ bottle wine, 1 apron, 1 recipe book per person
