Ourika Valley

Do as the Marrakchis do when the temperature soar in the city and escape to the lush Ourika valley.  Country houses, small hotels and numerous café terraces from where you can admire the view and enjoy a cooler climate or visit their Monday souk. The Ourika river curves through a deep cut valley dotted with small mudbrick douar (villages) the road has superb view points and follows the river up to Setti Fatma, ideal for a walk, a picnic and a dip in one of its waterfalls.
